Morro Bay Realty first opened its doors for business in the 1950s under the ownership of Vern Crass. Louise Tucker bought Morro Bay Realty in January of 1980. Morro Bay Realty joined the Prudential team in August of 1989 and was purchased from Louise Tucker by Richard and Shirley Fisher in July of 1996.

Del Mar Realty owned by Chuck and Barbara Murdy became part of Prudential Morro Bay Realty in February of 1997 bringing with them a long established property management company and a corner location in the heart of the motel and restaurant district, within walking distance of Morro Bay's famous Embarcadero on the Bay.

In May of 1998 the Prudential name was dropped and once again returned to the original Morro Bay Realty.

The Fishers have brought with them their expertise in real estate sales, construction, and development, as well as extensive computer knowledge. The Fishers believe in being on the cutting edge of technology.
