Born and raised on the Central Coast, Cynthia graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1990, having majored in Agriculture Business Management, with a minor in Animal Science. Cynthia worked for 8 years following her college degree in agriculture related marketing and development. Returning home, Cynthia planted her roots firmly back into her families' commercial development and real estate companies, using her broad knowledge from previous jobs and interests to set up shop as one of the areas top producing REALTORS®. Believing in sharing the vision, Cynthia also manages a group of outstanding REALTORS® at the North County's main office in Templeton.

Cynthia has spent over 15 years involved in the cattle and equine consulting business. Cynthia's broad based exposure to operations around the United States brings an added benefit to her REALTORS® business when working with ranching and farming operations. Having a working background in commercial businesses, also gives Cynthia experience when working with business clientele who are looking for additional investment opportunities.
