Breck Smith Sales Associate (805) 995-9300 Breck Smith graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. He worked part time for his father who was a Real Estate Broker in Southern California for many years. During that time, Breck worked for Lockheed for 22 years which took him to Houston, Texas where he was the Facility Manager of a 187,000 square foot six story office building and a smaller adjacent manufacturing building. this assignment rekindled his interest in Real Estate and after closing the Lockheed facility in Houston, decided to return to California and enter the real estate business full time. Breck vacationed in Cayucos for many years, so feel free to contact him for area information. He is highly motivated and has the time to work effectively for his clients. Breck is specializing in the Scenic Coast which takes in Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Los Osos. Breck was very patient with us and showed us around many different areas until we could decide where to buy.
